1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

1 tablespoon brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, chopped bacon, sour cream, breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Shape the Meatloaf: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish or shape it on a lined baking sheet into a loaf format, about 2 inches high.

Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the ketchup with the brown sugar until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake: Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Rest and Serve: Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional green onions if desired, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
