Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh watermelon, seeded and cubed

1 cup coconut water

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

A handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes (optional)

Prepare Watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. For a more refreshing taste, chill the watermelon cubes in the fridge for about 30 minutes prior to blending.
