2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup coconut water (or any preferred liquid)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Toppings: sliced fresh strawberries, watermelon balls, chia seeds, coconut flakes, granola, and mint leaves

Instructions
 

In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, banana, coconut water, and honey (if using).

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
