Ingredients
  

1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

2 cups pineapple juice

1 cup club soda (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)

1 cup diced fresh pineapple

1 cup diced mango

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 lime, thinly sliced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. Stir well to blend the flavors.

    Add the diced pineapple, diced mango, sliced strawberries, sliced orange, and sliced lime to the mixture. Gently stir to combine.

      Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld together.

        Just before serving, add the club soda (or lemon-lime soda) to the pitcher for some fizz. Stir gently.

          Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, and garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
