Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)

1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen)

1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for a lighter option)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup spinach (optional, for added nutrition)

Toppings: sliced peaches, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almonds

Instructions

In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, frozen banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spinach (if using).

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may add more coconut milk for a thinner consistency or some ice for a thicker one.

Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey/maple syrup.

Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls, creating an even base.

Artfully arrange the toppings on the surface of the smoothie, using fresh peach slices, a sprinkle of granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut for texture and flavor.

Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing tropical breakfast or snack!
