2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
