Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

4 slices of American cheese

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 small tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup special sauce (recipe below)

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a quarter of the cooked beef mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with a slice of American cheese, a handful of shredded lettuce, some diced tomato, and a few pickle slices. Drizzle with a generous amount of the special sauce.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Serve: Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce for dipping. Enjoy your homemade Big Mac wraps!
