Ingredients

8 oz rice noodles

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)

1 cup snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Noodles: Begin by cooking the rice noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside, tossing with a few drops of sesame oil to prevent sticking.

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.

Prepare the Stir-Fry: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

Combine Everything: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables, and add the cooked rice noodles. Toss everything together gently to combine. Drizzle additional hoisin sauce if desired for extra flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Hoisin Beef Noodles!
