Ingredients
  

1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt to taste

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Pita chips or fresh pita bread, for serving

Instructions
 

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt.

    Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
