Ingredients

1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional: Red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

Cook the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Add Seasoning: Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle the dried oregano and some red pepper flakes (if using) over the chicken. Squeeze the lemon juice into the skillet and stir to combine.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot. These bites are perfect as an appetizer or served with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
