2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons chili paste (adjust to taste)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 soft-boiled eggs (for serving, optional)

1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with soy sauce, chili paste, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
