2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare vegetables: If using fresh broccoli and cauliflower, steam them until tender but still crisp. If using frozen, ensure they are thawed and drained well.
