Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef

12 slider buns or small rolls

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Onions: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are translucent and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Beef Dip: In a medium saucepan, combine the beef broth, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over low until warm but do not boil.

Assemble the Sliders: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, place the bottom half of the slider buns. Layer on the roast beef, followed by the sautéed onions, and evenly sprinkle the provolone cheese on top. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and brush it over the top of the slider buns for a golden finish.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the buns are lightly toasted.

Serve: Remove from the oven, slice the sliders, and serve immediately with the warm beef broth on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley.
