4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey mixed with red chili flakes)

1/4 cup olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - If the chicken breasts are uneven in thickness, pound them to an even thickness for even cooking.

        Set Up Breading Station:

          - In three shallow dishes, set up your breading station.

            - In the first dish, add flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

              - In the second dish, beat the eggs.

                - In the third dish, place the breadcrumbs.

                  Bread the Chicken:

                    - Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

                      - Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

                        - Finally, coat it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

                          Cook the Chicken:

                            - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

                              - Once the oil is hot, add the breaded chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

                                - Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish.

                                  Add the Feta:

                                    - Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.

                                      - Drizzle with hot honey.

                                        Bake:

                                          - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the feta is warmed and slightly melted.
