1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

For the honey garlic sauce:

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil
