2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Extra Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet. Sauté the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
