8 oz penne pasta

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tsp olive oil

1 lb chicken breast, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
