Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach for extra flavor)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. If you like a little extra flavor, sprinkle in the garlic powder and black pepper. Toss gently until everything is well coated.

Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. If you'd like, you can warm them slightly on a skillet for enhanced flexibility.

Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap. Make sure it’s well sealed.

Optional: For an added touch, you can lightly grill each wrap on a skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side for a crunchy texture.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
