Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes if using.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a snug wrap. Be careful not to overfill to prevent spilling.

Cook the Wraps: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
