Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves, fresh

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the tortillas, placing it in the center.

      Top each portion of the chicken mix with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

        Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is securely wrapped inside.

          Heat a large skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet.

            Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted inside.

              Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice them in half diagonally and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
