Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder on both sides. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Make the Cheesy Garlic Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy garlic mixture in the center. Add slices of the cooked chicken, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure all the filling. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.

Grill (Optional): If desired, place the wraps on a grill pan or a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the wraps are heated through and slightly crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce or a side salad.
